As a talented proposal writer, your main role will involve crafting compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products or services to potential clients. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather the necessary information and insights, ensuring that each proposal is tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the client.
Furthermore, you will play a vital role in tracking and managing the proposal process, ensuring timely submission and accurate documentation of all relevant data and communications. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to maintaining a streamlined and efficient proposal workflow.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality proposals, ballparks and costing documents to support projects.
- Generate change order documents and associated costing.
- Manage proposal/change order reviews with the technical team internally.
- Preparation of Cosmo’s
- Keep proposal status and tracking up to date using trackers and Salesforce.
- Use Salesforce for adding new opportunities, opportunity updates and running reports.
- Update Proposal/Costing model templates as needed.
- Help generate order intake data and monthly reporting data.
- Help generate department KPIs.
- Join client calls and be involved with proposal discussions as needed.
- Train and support business support officer
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in proposal writing preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Be educated to degree level or higher, ideally in a related scientific/technical discipline.
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word applications.
- Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with proposal writing and cost generation.
- Knowledge of commercial reporting
