OUR ESG initiatives.

We continue to support STEM subjects and inspire underrepresented groups into the pharmaceutical sector through strategic collaborations with local Universities and schools.
We support community events each year, including Nottingham Festival of Science, Work Placements, and Careers Talks
We work extensively with a range of local community groups and charities, both through volunteering and fundraising challenges, to sustain the vital work they do. We match fund donations raised by our employees.
A ‘Let’s Be Greener’ forum enables colleagues from across our business to propose green initiatives to reduce energy usage and raise awareness to reduce scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
We continue to educate, train and motivate colleagues to work in a safe and environmentally responsible way, and promote a positive safety culture led by various EHS groups and Champions.
Our colleagues are provided with 24/7 Colleague Assistance Programs alongside private healthcare/insurance, and regular health and mental health checks
We advocate transparent leadership, strong ethics and accountability.
